- Extra-virgin olive oil: 1/4 cup
- White onion chopped: 1
- Garlic cloves, minced: 4
- Dried oregano: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes, crushed: 1/2 teaspoon
- Medium tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and chopped: 5
- Salt and Pepper
- Finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley: 3 tablespoons

- Greek feta cheese crumbled: 5 ounces.
- Kalamata olives: 1/4 cup
Directions:
- Prepare prawns by putting them into a mixing bowl with one tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss them to ensure that they are well marinated.
- Now, preheat your oven, preferably at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the onions and cook until they are nearly translucent. So, cook for about 5 minutes. Add oregano, red pepper flakes, tomatoes, and season with salt. Cook in a low flame for about ten minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the parsley and marinated items.
- Transfer the prawn mixture to a small baking dish. Top it with the feta cheese. Bake until your main ingredients are cooked through and turned medium pinkish in color, about 15-20 minutes. Add more Garnish with the olives.
