- Chopped green onions- ½ cup

- Tamarind pulp- 2 tablespoons

- Fish sauce- 2 tablespoons
- Chili garlic sauce- 2 tablespoons
- Roasted peanuts- 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro-(for garnishing)
- Salt (as per taste)
Cooking process
- Take water in a flat bottomed bowl and bring it to a boil.
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 3 minutes.
- Drain the water from the noodles with the help of a colander.
- Take a wok or a large nonstick skillet and heat it.
- Add olive oil and put the deveined shrimps in the oil.
- Cook for 30 seconds on each side or until the shrimp turns pink. Avoid overcooking the shrimp.
- Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet/wok and add onion and garlic in the same pan.
