Ingredients required:

- Garlic – 3 cloves minced

- Coconut cream – 2 tablespoons unsweetened
- Cilantro – 1/2 cup, fresh, chopped

- Salt – as per taste
Preparation process:
- Take a large wide wok and heat one tablespoon of butter in it. You can use the Dutch oven in medium heat for it.
- Add the shallot to the heated butter. Stir and add garlic and about one tablespoon of ginger. Stir for about 2 minutes until the shallots soften.
- Now, add the tomatoes to the wok and stir. Then, sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of garam masala, a pinch of salt, and some grounded pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes with occasional stirring until the tomatoes are soft.
- Toss in the lentils and mix well. Now, add 3 cups of water to it. Boil and let the lentils cook on low flame for about 12 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add the remaining one teaspoon ginger and one teaspoon garam masala and stir.
- Take a medium-sized pan, heat the remaining butter, and stir fry the shrimps in it, obtained from the best seafood export company near about.
