- Shrimps (250 Grams)
- Vegetable Oil (2 Tablespoons)
- Finely Chopped Onion (1 Cup)
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
- Tomato Puree (½ Cup )
- 10 Curry Leaves
- Ginger Garlic Paste (1 Tablespoon)
- Cumin Powder (1 Teaspoon)

Cooking Procedure:
After gathering all these ingredients, heat the oil on a medium-sized frying-pan. Once it’s heated, put the curry leaves and let them pop in the hot oil. Stir the leaves for at least 20 minutes. Once done, add the Chopped Onions and stir for 5 minutes.
After stir-frying the Curry leaves and Onions, it’s time to fry the Green Chillies. When you feel that it’s cooked properly, add the Tomato puree. Keep stirring until the oil separates from the Onion and Chilli Mixture. Stir for 5 minutes and add all the spices one after another. Stir for 5 minutes, and ensure that the spice does not stick to the bottom.
Once the raw fragrance of tomato disappears, add the grated jaggery/sugar and vinegar. Add some water and cook again for 5 minutes. Now, it’s time to add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp off the heat and season with salt and Cilantro leaves.
