For the red pepper sauce:

  • Halving one large red bell pepper
  • Half a jalapeño pepper
  • Medium-sized red onion
  • One cup of young tomatoes
  • Four peeled garlic cloves
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil
  • One-tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt kosher
  • black pepper

For Shrimp:

  • Medium-sized prawns from prawn export India
  • Three minced garlic cloves
  • Kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • Chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup

  1. Heat the broiler, then position a rack 6 to 8 inches away from the heat source to prepare the red pepper sauce and toss red pepper, jalapeno, tomato, onion wedges, and garlic with one tablespoon of oil. Toss them in a big bowl. Salt and pepper vegetables are just enough to taste. On a sizable foil-covered sheet pan, evenly distribute the vegetables.
  2. Vegetables should be broiled for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender and gently browned.
  3. Blend the pepper mixture until smooth after about a minute. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and one tablespoon lemon juice. While the blender is running, slowly drizzle in two tablespoons of olive oil. Puree for 30 seconds or until a thick sauce emerges. After tasting the sauce, add additional salt and pepper as required.
  4. Combine your seafood after buying from a Shrimp export company in India, garlic, ¼ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp black pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and 1 Tbsp olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.
  5. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan after the oil is good and hot, and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turns pink. If needed, season with additional black pepper and salt. Serve with lemon wedges and red pepper sauce on top and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Now, the Garlic Shrimp Skillet recipe is ready. Serve hot for dinner.
