Bang on Indo Chinese Chili Prawn Gravy

However, to make it delicious, we have to be very careful regarding the quality of the ingredients necessary for the Indo-Chinese chili prawn gravy preparation.   • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Green chilies
  • Green capsicum
  • Soya sauce
  • Red chili Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Corn starch
  • Marinated shrimps
  • Chopped green spring onions

Step by step recipe:

You have to be more cautious with the quality and texture of your primary ingredient because it will help to add flavor to the dish. These products are mainly available to the prawns’ export India. Now you have just had to follow these steps for the preparation of this tropical dish.

  1. Firstly, the shrimps have to be cleaned in water. After cleaning, you have to take them in a bowl. After that, mix them well with black pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, and corn starch. You have to keep the bowl aside for marination only for 20 minutes inside the refrigerator.
  2. Next, you have to put oil in a heated pan. Now add those marinated shrimps and fry them. Then you have to keep them aside
  3. You have to fry sliced onion, tomato, and capsicum along with green chilies until it becomes golden.
  4. Paste of ginger and garlic will be added to the frying pan.
  5. In the meantime, mix cornflour, salt, red chili sauce, and soya sauce with water to thicken the gravy.
  6. You just have to toss the fried prawns after adding them into the masala. Let the gravy boil and becomes thick for desired consistency.
  7. For garnishing, you can use spring onions on the dish.
